Our team attends you events, setting up our ‘Pop-Up Studio’ in a side room. Speakers, executives and important guests can be invited to join us for interviews and panel debates. This works well where speakers on the main stage are ushered into our studio immediately after their keynote and then join a discussion on the topic that they have just covered. Questions can be take in real time from remote audiences that will have been watching the keynote and will be eager to be able to put questions directly to the speaker.

Instead of just hosting debates from a side room, we can manage full hybrid event events for you in their entirety. Using the top level Zoom Events platform we are able to optimize the experience for bothe the live and remote guests. We can host speakers and pnale sessions with a mixture of live and remote partcipants. While those that are able to attend the venue get to meet the speakers and other attendees, we are also able to offer a compelling and engaging experience for remote attendees as well. All attendees can get full access to a branded multi-day, multi-session event experience. Extras for remote attendes include a virtual expo floor where they can interact with sponsors, engage in live conversations, and explore Expo Booths Additional networking features allow them to make live connections whil also enriching the experience with breakout rooms, chat panels, Q&A sessions, polls and and quizzes. In addition, the platform supports multiple regstration and ticketing options for those attending live or remotely.

Often in the run up to en event you will need to highlight some of the speakers and the topics that they will be addressing in order to drive up registrations. We can host a series of promotional debates on TechTV.live leaving the audience hungry for more and directly driving up registrations. We can then use our Bronze, Silver or Gold event management package to publicise the event as it happens and thereafter use social media channels to maximise the audience for content created at the event and subequently made available on demand for up to a year afterwards.
